Yesterday, President Trump tweeted, "I have stated my concerns with Amazon long before the Election. Unlike others, they pay little or no taxes to state & local governments, use our Postal System as their Delivery Boy (causing tremendous loss to the U.S.), and are putting many thousands of retailers out of business!"
Since the tweet was published, many people have attempted to explain which of the President's arguments are correct and which may not paint the full picture.
The broader tech industry (Facebook, Twitter, Nvidia, etc.) is in the midst of a market sell-off with many wondering whether government regulation is around the corner.
Is President Trump right to raise concerns about Amazon? Can, and should, anything be done to rein in the tech giant?
